Organization Profile: Saint Wendel Catholic Parish

Saint Wendel Catholic Church Community Outreach Committee – Disciples of Jesus Christ in the Catholic faith trying to pray, work, teach, learn and care for others. Our Outreach Committee helps those in our community and abroad with monetary donations, physical items, and our time and talents. Each month outreach supports a different non-profit, public schools with school supplies, meals to hungry and much more. This year we added Habitat for Humanity to our list to try to help fund and build a home for a Posey county resident(s). We also help Haiti missionaries from Saint Wendel and other local churches. These missionaries have helped feed hundreds and support a Haitian priest with his hard work in the area.
